Elizabeth Wiggins from WigginsKeenan Real Estate, in Sydney, has found that applying the principles of feng shui to all properties she is marketing has a notable effect on the focus of potential buyers, and sometimes more even than that.
“We have a place in Denistone (in northern Sydney) that had been on the market for months and just wouldn’t sell,” she says. “I went and did a feng shui consult and made all the changes that were necessary. We had a signed contract within 10 days.”
