Liz I don’t know if this is just a coincidence, but in my mind, just having the reports in our possession, and as you say, we want to activate change, we booked another 3 weeks work by Friday! New quotes are ringing with ‘go aheads’ straight away, when the phones weren’t even ringing in January. We are thrilled.
