Jenny - Residential Consultation

So far things are going great.
I have implemented many of your ideas. Just a few to go. I re-arranged all the bedrooms and have placed the cures in Kate's Room and the garage.
We have been using the front door all the time. Just a few more decorating remedies to attend to, then we are all set.
There may be times when I'm a little unsure and I would like to contact you Before proceeding if that's alright with you. I don't want to undo any good That we have implemented.

I have just pointed out to Paul (the world's biggest non believer!) that since we changed the office around, we have sold three properties in excess of 1.2 million! Given that the whole area hasn't had a sale over 1.1 million for four years, I would suggest that the Feng Shui is working!

We actually decided to move the house around last weekend. We've moved John's (temporary) office into the guest bedroom 3, the big bed into Mary's room and my desk into the small study. We've had two really good results already. *John's work has been flowing with so much more ease, and he's had quite a number of new projects come through. *Mary decided she liked her bedroom so much with the big bed (and I decorated the walls too) that she announced that she is a big girl now and wants to sleep in her own room! Great results, and more to come I'm sure

WOW!!! Thank you so much, you are very kind and we truly appreciate the AMAZING report you sent us (there is a lot of work in it) and all your time yesterday. I loved the professionalism and warmth that you bring to your consultation.
My husband was very interested in what you had to say yesterday and agreed we should put into place ALL the 'remedies' you have recommended (even changing rooms and repainting rooms) as he feels it is a waste of money and your time as well (not too bad for a skeptic) if we did not follow through.
(He was out water feature shopping yesterday arvo - hehehehe).

Monqiue - Residential Consultation

Thanks for that. Yes the house is coming along. We have removed the post which was blocking the front door and placed planters on the front porch and decking. Placed a concrete urn out the front in the middle of the yard with a beautiful plant in it. We have concreted and stenciled the driveway and have just finally finished paving around the pool and built a wall at the back of it to hide the shed and painted it a bright purple colour, so it looks heaps better from when you were here last.
Only minor touches really now. Relationship wise couldn't be better. Thanks for asking. I have told a lot of people about you. I hope you are going well.

Kirsty - Residential Consultation
Dear Liz,
I wanted to tell you that since your consultation, a number of the things we discussed are improving. Christmas was great withall the family here and there was much less tension in the house and people got along. I look forward to this being built on each time the family comes back.
Margaret, who lives downstairs, has come on by leaps and bounds. Her health issues are under much better control thanks to the assistance of an accupucturist and osteopath, and also, since we rearranged her space, she completed Open Foundation at Newcastle University with very high grades and is about to commence study in Arts/Primary Teaching. I am about to enroll in the Cert IV Feng Shui in Sydney which starts in late April. We still have to finish reorganising my husband's study to help him rekindle his creativity - I look forward to yet another improvement.

Damien & Peta - Residential/Business Consultation
Dear Liz,
After you left, we shuffled a few things around as per your recommendations and Peta had the best night sleep she has had whilst being here. I have actually been getting up earlier, (getting close to my 5.30-6.30 awakening that I prefer) rather than being sloth like and sleeping in till 8 am on a work day. I have also noticed a slight change in my energy levels, I have been running a few times since we saw you.
Business wise, we only had our first customer a month ago, but Pete is having about a 98% success rate with potential new customers. At this rate I can resign from my full time job in 3 months to concentrate on the business and growing it.
It was lovely to meet you and as I said to Peta after you left, it is always nice to meet people that are passionate about what they do. It is also very nice to meet someone that, being in business themselves is interested in speaking to others going out on their own, about their experiences and how they overcame difficulties or how they respond to situations in order to stay positive about what it is that they want to achieve, so, thank you.

Katrina - Residential Consultation

Great to hear from you. Things have certainly changed around here. I've been seeing a specialist in the city and now I hardly have any nausea or anxiety and the depression has gone. I found out today that I am suffering moderate sleep apnoea which may have been the root cause of my continued illness. Things are looking up. Of course, I believe that the consultation we had with you was the catalyst for the rest to happen. I'm feeling about 90% which considering in March I was about 10%, there has been a definite improvement overall. The whole family has benefited.
Once again, I'm glad we contacted you and have taken your recommendations onboard. Here's finally to a future happy life with my family!

Gina - Residential Consultation
Dear Liz,
Things are definitely better. We can feel a lot of peaceful energy in the house, having removed all the red from the centre and placed in the foyer and also near the lounge set. All three of us are digesting our food better. We had inadvertently put the chiming clock right on the wall above the lucky bamboo (it's new spot as suggested by you) in the north sector downstairs. The clock was there for one day and it's amazing how both of us were feeling irritable. It's incredible how subtly yet powerfully the energies work either way. It is now in the right sector which we are keeping quiet as an area.
We have been sleeping so much better, feel so much more peaceful and our interactions with each other are decidedly harmonious. We have been having pleasant conversations :)
It's interesting how you have written in your notes about susceptibility of eye disease in the person using NE bedroom upstairs. Well I was using that room when trying to do some writing. I had developed fuzzy sight that disappeared once I stopped using that room. That was last year.
You have perfectly described how my friend was behaving when she lived here, using the bedroom in the north. She even had multiple instances of minor accidents and her romance also went sour. We had a lot of clutter in the west outside. It's amazing how immediately after she left, clearing that clutter in the garden was among the very first things that we did. It appears that she had perfect conditions here to go through what she needed to go through at that time of her life.
Having said that, knowing now that her room's energies were affecting her in such adverse ways, I am finding it easier to be compassionate and forgiving of her earlier "unacceptable" behaviour. Thank you for that for providing all that information.

Hi Liz, We hope you are well.I am just contacting you to let you know how things are progressing since our Consultation. Both Marie and myself have found a definate change in our home. We have found the atmosphere a lot more relaxing with all the changes such as all the furniture placement changes and beautifying the front gardens and front entrance area. Dear Elizabeth,
I am finally writing to express how happy Bruce and I have been with the Feng Shui" therapy "our home received from you. It was last July and from the moment we began to make the changes things began looking up! Bruce had just finished hanging up the first windchime when the telephone rang with a client accepting a quote.It was the first in a few very quiet months and one of the reasons we asked for your consultation. As we were short of money we did not put all the changes into place immediately - not that it required a lot of spending - however as we got to each there was always an improvement in the area it represented.
My office feels wonderful and people always comment on how nice it feels.You asked me to move the fish tank into the office which I did , and on to a particular wall, which I did and things were o.k.Then one day I spilt water while cleaning the tank and had to move it further along the wall ,swapping it around with a chair and once again the phone rings almost immediately with another client we had been hoping to get accepting our quote! When I looked at the change I realised I had put the tank next to my desk when actually it was the most appropriate place for the chair!
So if we ever experience any hiccups I now make sure I read through your consultation and check the areas it relates to are clear and things are in the best possible places.I moved the rubbish bins once from where you recommended and we had a terrible time with a client and the council, needless to say I moved them back very quickly and things resolved themselves.
So we are very happy customers and would not hesitate in calling on you again should we move house in the future! Thank you again for everything and we wish you all the best for the New Year!

I am only too happy to voice our recommendation on the wonderful changes Liz has made to our life since we engaged her to give us a Feng Shui Consultation back in January 2004.
Prior to this we felt we were going no where and in fact we had a few set backs both financially and health wise.
After Liz’s consultation we undertook the changes she suggested, getting rid of all our unwanted clutter, putting in water features etc. I can honestly say that we saw immediate results. Our business is booming and we have never been so busy; in fact I have thought of turning off the water feature just to enable us to catch up with the outstanding orders we have.
My relationship with my husband and other members of my family have also taken a turn for the better. Outstanding issues have been discussed and positive action has been taken to the benefit of all.

The experience was highly motivating. Liz really inspired us to have a real clear out in our lives and the feeling of satisfaction and liberation have been fantastic.
We realise that it is an ongoing process but our house is bigger, clearer, more beautiful and lighter as a result.
It has really changed the way I view my home and others have noticed the difference too. The whole house feels more peaceful and generally cleansed.
I promised to invite Liz back for coffee when we had finished but each time I do something I am inspired to clear and cleanse another area so I don't know when I will ever actually finish - it feels great.
